I have lived here for almost 4 years. It is one of the least expensive places in Germantown and has great space for the price. We have new management and they are making wonderful changes in the place. I have found the office and maintenance staff to be very friendly and helpful with anything I need. It seems that a lot of the undesirable people are leaving which is nice. I just want a nice place to call home and I am tired of all of those that have not respected their neighbors or their homes. Bozzuto seems to be about making that experience better for the residents. Those of you upset on here are probably those that they are kicking out! Good ridence to you all!
