we waited extra time to get in the apartment that we wanted with better views etc etc after finally getting in the apartment we find broken blinds that they had taped back together very very scratched counter tops beat up cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen a non working toilet and on top of all that the apartment was not even cleaned being as though i found numerous dead bugs on the floor! after all that we finally move in and get settled to deal with the apartment across from us holding atleast 7 people in one apartment they are loud, have screamin children and i hear knocking 24-7 of random people running in and out of their apartment they also leave their random crap out in the hallway of the apartment building trash bags, tvs, strollers, even an entertainment system at one time...and no the apartment complex doesnt say anything and let me tell you how trashy and disgusting that looks when you have company! now, i have just got hit with a 1,000 dollar electric bill due to the fact that when we moved in back in december the leasing office never put in the paperwork to have the electric bill switched from their name to ours....and every month we got an electric bill for our apartment from before we lived here in rolling hills name includin threats to cut off OUR electric due to rolling hills not paying the past bill from before we lived here we went down and complained every month...it was finally sorted out in march leaving us with 4 months worth of electric bills in one bill due in 60 days! when i called the leasing office to let them know this was not fair and that we now have a 1,000 electric bill due to their mistake he pretty much told me it was my problem and not theirs! i put in a work order almost 48 hours ago due to my garbage disposal being clogged and my toilet seat completely becoming detached from the toilet and almost 48 hours later they have still yet to show up! when they clearly state in their lease they respond to maintenance calls within 24 hours....dont go thru the stress of living here!

BEWARE...FOR THE LAST WEEK, ------- HAS BEEN SENDING OUT NOTICE TO VACATE FOR NO REASON'S AT ALL. MY LEASE IS NOT UP UNTIL SEPTEMBER, AND I AM ONE OUT OF 30 MORE PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO MOVE. I BELIEVE THEY ONLY WANT THE ONES THAT SPEAK UP FOR THEIR RIGHTS TO MOVE.....TRUST ME. THE GENERAL MANAGER IS MISTREATING TENANTS HERE AND HE WILL BE UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR DISCRIMINATION......FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE LANDLORD & TENANT ASSOCIATION AT (240) 777-3600.
