Better than other apartments in Germantown.

I used to live in Hamptons before which was really really cheap and worst apts of Germantown, I completed one year lease and move to Rolling hills. Rolling hills is really good apt, very spacious (1204 sft), special dining area, well maintained, good for kids (has garden, slides and swing), staff is much better when compared to other apts.
