I have had a few problems with rude management ----- is the worst he is the biggest butthole you'll ever meet, they need to just fire him. When you first move in they have you fill out paperwork to get the pepco bill put in your name well i filled out the paperwork and turned it back into them but apparently they never sent it to pepco for months of living here I wasn't getting an electric bill, just cut off notices in ROLLING HILLS names not mine (they hadn't switched it over) I called pepco numerous times in which they told me I had to talk to the leasing office and they told me this happens ALOT with Rolling Hills, I went down to the leasing office numerous times and they told me they would take care of it which they didn't until months and months later ending in me having a $900 electric bill because it was months worth of bills in one when I called the apartment manager he was extremely rude ----- told me I should have put money away each month even though i wasn't getting the bills, when I asked him if he put money away each money for bills he hasn't gotten yet he changed the subject but I will say that I love my apartment it was the only apartment I could find that met all my requirements; a laundry room, walk in closets, 2 bathrooms and big bedrooms. My only complaints would be there is no balcony which kind of makes you feel really closed in, the cabinets and counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen are really cheap and ugly but life goes on and the groups of wanna be gangster children that hang out in crowds in front of the apartment buildings at night, as far as I know they don't do anything or cause any problems but I just personally think its stupid and looks really bad and gives the neighborhood the wrong reputation to hang out in front of apartment buildings or in hallways when there are picnic tables, parks etc in the neighborhood to hang out at. They have recently added dog parks which I love but there is nothing in them they should consider a picnic table or somewhere for the pet owner to sit and let their dogs run around. Other then that I have so far enjoyed my experience here! The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves, I have never felt unsafe, there isn't assigned parking but I have never not been able to find parking right in front of my building and maintenance has always fixed any problem I have had in my apartment. I am considering moving into the newly renovated apartments when my lease is up! Definitely worth the money, the rent is very, very well priced for what you get!
