I lived in this apartment for only a few months and I had to leave. The management staff is rude and the company doesn't take care of the apartments. Although, the maintenance staff is friendly, they are too understaffed to get things fixed. The grounds are never kept nice because the grounds keeper is too busy with helping with apartments. Nobody in the office knows what they are doing so why bother to ask anymore. If you have a pet, they try to take your security deposit. However, be aware it is against Montgomery County Landlord/Tenant Affairs.
