Quite simply - there are many other better communities in Germantown.

Staff - rarely ever return calls. You literally have to hunt them down to get anything fixed or have a rent question answered.

Grounds - well kept.

Apts. - they slant. Strangest thing I've ever seen. You literally have to anchor wall units to the wall. Many apts. (or the several I've been in) have stains in carpets, blemished walls, etc.)

Neighborhood - very quiet.

Parking - Never a problem. Visitor parking as well. Carports are available.


Problems - We lived there one year. In that time, we had: leaky ceiling, broken washer, broken garbage disposal, broken mailbox, a neighbor whose dog barked constantly (leasing office wouldnt do anything about it), and unanswered calls.

It's not horrible, but if you're going to spend the money on renting, you might as well move some place nicer. There are many other places in Germantown.
