Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
The top problems that I encountered while living at Stone Creek Club:
1. Apts are slanted
2. Mold under the carpets and on the patio
3. Leaky ceilings
4. Dry-rotted wood in bathroom, laundry room, and walls in between
5. Bug problem
6. Windows that do not open or if they do, no window screens
7. Lack of parking
8. Shady residents
9. Generally, unmaintained apartments over the years
10. Lack of sufficient parking and walkway lighting; did not feel safe in the parking lot due to this reason and in addition to the number of break-ins in this parking lot
11. Unresponive management
