Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I have lived here over two years. The only redeeming factor is he proximity to the 270 corridor. The complex has gone severely down hill. Bugs. Noise. Police involvement. Inconsiderate neighbors. Management complacency. I spent three years in a row home in South Philly that was 60 years old, was $400 a month in rent, and the Stonecreek Club made it look like a 4-star bed and breakfast. As I reiterate in my summary, run. Fast and hard.
