For the money this place charges for rent you would think that they would at least cover some utilities. Nope! They did until recently. Water and Sewer was covered, which isn't much, but it is something. So now they raise the rents by $200 per month and no longer pay utilities. Good luckfinding someone in the office and be prepared for a looooooong wait if you need something fixed. The rooms are small, the plumbing inadequate, and the appliances are in bad need of updating. Yup...we're moving out as quick as our lease is up. My recommendation....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! For the kind of money you will spend here, you can find a much nicer place elsewhere. PS - If you have children, the elementary school around the corner is one of the lowest ranked in Montgomery County. Good to know if you care about education at all.
