I think the last 5 reviews were all written by the same person. I bought a house and no longer live there, but I had no problems when I did. Maintenance wasn't immediate, but I never had a crisis. I had a brand new washing machine. Having owned a home before, I can appreciate what it takes to have to repair something yourself. Just picking up the phone and having someone fix everything for you is a privelege of apartment living. So what if it takes a couple of days.
I thought the rent was reasonable for this area.
My pets were more than welcome.
The walls must be very thick - living there was incredibly quiet.
I never had a problem with pests, and the environment was pleasant - a bunny even lived outside near my apartment.
If I needed an apartment again, I would rent at Stonecreek Club.
