Stay away from these apartments. We lived there 3 years. Six people lived in the apartment below us. They ALL smoked, and guess what' It filtered up into our apartment so it smelled like an ashtray. Our clothes stunk of smoke. I could barely breath and suffered from constant headaches. They were also noisy as can be, screaming and jumping around. I had to call 9-1-1 because they got into a fight and the guy tried to break down the door. They were also doing drugs down there. The maintenance staff could be better...it took forever to get anything fixed. The garbage area down by the parking lot was always disgusting because people were too lazy to actually put the garbage bags into the bin. Instead, they would just drop them on the ground next to the bin so you had to crawl over them to throw your garbage out.
It was NOT a safe place. People broke into our mail box. It's poorly lit and the apartments are just out of date and definitely NOT worth $1600 a month. Oh yeah, I did a check on sexual offenders in the area. At the time, there was about 5 of them living within a three-block area. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
