I have lived here now for a few years and never really had any major problems. The management staff is wonderful. When ever there is a problem, its usually addressed right away.
There has been alot of changes over the last several months. All the apartment buildings were painted (exterior). In the spring they renovated the swimming pool, its actually really nice and its never crowded, just wish it was open later in the evening. Speaking of the pool, at some point over the summer they hired a courtesy police officer who is pretty cute. Things I would like to see, some new flooring, cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Some upgrades are needed. Room sizes and layouts are very nice. I really like the balcony in the summer and having a fire place in my apartment for the winter months. Overall, this place is great. I am just waiting to see if any further renovations take place this coming summer.
