1)Maintenance takes forever. 4 months to be exact. Had 2 BR/2 BA, one bathroom had mold and the sink/cabinet had to be dismantled. Maintenance placed the mirror, medicine cabinet, along with other boxes in our kitchen for 4 months because they claimed they were waiting for the delivery of the new sink/cabinet. Mgmt took $200 off rent, but I had to ask for recourse.

2)When I moved in, there were problems from the start. For instance, an actual hole in the bathtub. That took 3 weeks to take care. Plus, random electrical wiring problems (ie light switch in BR didn't work). Or the stove fan didn't turn on.

3)Another irritation: insects. Ants are common enough and I dealt with it in the kitchen, but the preponderance of spiders the size of cough drops' I lived on the 1st floor and there was a bit of a gap between the floor and the bottom of the front door, so bugs seemed to easily get in. In the summer this was bad because I would have approx. 2-3 crickets to kill a day.

Plusses: parking was never a problem. The community is growing, lots of development taking place (shops, restaurants, new public library).
