When I move here it was the only apartment available at the time and I took it. When I went in I knew that I would be running like hell to get out as soon as my lease was up. ALL the appliaces were about 20 years old. The calking around every thing was old and yellow. there were rust spots on anything metal. Stone creek should pay the condeming company to take it to the garbage dump. There were squirrls on the roofs and gutters that sould like they were scratching inside the walls at least I hope they were squirrls. This is the most disquesting place I have every seen. My lease is up in a few months and I have an apartment already on hold. If you like nasty, dull dreary and like to live in a state of depression this is the place for you. Other wise keep looking, keep looking this place is the pit of hell

This is the most insightful, accurate review so far or Stonecreek Club. Minimal maintenance is done and the apartments are barely habitable. Avoid at all costs!
