My husband and I just moved in at the beginning of the year. The apartment is older but beatiful. We had a few things to be fixed but the staff was very helpful and fixed them with in a day.

What items needed to be fixed? How about now? It took us 4 visits when the weather turned warmer to have a working air conditioner. We have talked with dozens of residents around us with similar or worse issues, so I find it very interesting that you have yet to write a detailed report now that you've been there longer. Or do you work in the office?
