DONT MOVE HERE. Ever since I moved in this place has been falling apart. The maintenance sucks. I lived for 6 months with a huge gap in my window before anyone showed up to fix it it cost me over $500 in heating to keep my place warm durring the winter with the gap, which KSI was supposed to reimburse me for and never did. When they did fix it, all they did was jimmy rig it by proping the glass up against the wall. Now the gap is on the bottom instead of on the side where it was visible. Also while living there, my front door never really closed properly and if it was not bolted shut, it would blow open in the wind. It also had a gap allowing the cold weather in. The maintenance staff is also careless in their maintenance. On one visit to fix my daughter's bedroom door, they smashed a valuable antique coo-coo clock, scratching the door, cracking the roof, and damaging the internal parts. I had to have the mechanical parts replaced for a cost of over $500 and the exterior could not be repaired/restored. I summited receipts for the repairs but was never reimbursed despite our visit to the Housing Dept. Furthermore, my walls were cracking and there were cracks in the ceiling on the breezeway. The Emergency maintenance number is also a joke. Last December (2005) I was locked out of my apartment late at night. I called the Emergency maintenance number to unlock my door several times, but nobody showed up and I had to sleep on the breezeway in the cold air till morning when the office opened to get my key. Also, if your car is not in perfect condition, it will be towed. Once your car is towed by Henry's, it will get on their hit list and they will stalk your car till the car meets their requirement. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
