You may like the price, and the units are new, but if you have a problem, don?t expect it to be resolved. The leasing office is great at reeling you in. I mean come on, it is low-moderately priced housing anyway...who wouldn?t love to get into a place that they get to pay less rent! The place sells itself. After they get you to sign, they are simply taking your money every month. The office will rarely get back to you, and the KSI Management newsletter doesn?t even make it around to every apartment. I have a neighbor that received it in a different building, and nobody in my building had them hanging on their doors. We still haven?t received the most recent issue. Also, if you call with a problem, you get the machine most of the time, and if you do get a real person, you can bet that they will say kind words and seem helpful, but there is no follow through! The workout equipment is never washed. There is no spray bottle of disinfectant to spray and wipe them down with like most gyms offer. Trash such as lids to drinking bottles, etc are left in the gym for many consecutive days. Lastly, residents leave trash outside their apartments, sometimes for days.
