After reading some reviews, I agreed with most good and bad. Mary Catherine was great with us. She really took us around and showed us everything. Once we found one we liked, she realized that another family was already interested in it. Since she knew and cared about which one we really liked she wanted to make us happy ad feel at home. We thought we were out of luck until I got the call from her saying they had another just like it that would be available sooner than she thought. We loved it. Since she left, Andre and Juanita were the worst EVER. They never took care of anything and didn't make you feel like you were at home. I hope they never work in this industry again. We had a broken sliding glass door in July 05' and it wasn't replaced until February 06'!! It wasn't until the new manager Glen stepped in. I'm thankful for that however still see problems. We have complained about our neighbors music and nothing happens. We havn't received new parking passes for 2006 and we are well into the year...do they not care who is parking here anymore' No newsletters have gone out. And the rent is just getting ridiculous. The first chance I have to leave and buy a house...I'm outta here.
