The two best managers this property had were Chris Chen and Mary Catherine. They both cared a great deal about the property, it's residents, their rights and community moral/residential involvement. The name of the property, management and even the owners of the property has changed. The values that once made this property a great place to live are diminishing. Since 2002 there has been at least seven managers. Current management appear to care more about recruiting new residents versus maintaining the older dedicated, loyal residents. No incentive nor motivational factors to stay nor purchase property. It should be a combination of both instead of one sided. Current management has defaulted on verbal agreements. Advice - Get everything said in writing!
