New Management not responsive and apartment have paper thin walls

I have lived at the Park at Kingsview (Formerly known as The Elms) for 8 years and the new management team is non responsive and not friendly. The walls are paper thin and you can hear all your neighbors noise. If you decide to stay at the Part make sure you're on the top floor and prey you do not have rowdy downstair neigbors.

This is very true. I live at this apartment going 2 years. I loved the former Elms at Kingsview management, the new management are really not together. I understand that they are new, but they can't even get their basis down. They are not friendly and always give a negative feeling when you are calling the office for service. They really treat you like they don't care. The property is still safe and quiet. However I begin to see the decline in management. There are good amount of overflow garbage.
