Average Apartments for an Average Price - I stayed at Stone Creek Club for a year. The place was ok. There aren't any frills like upgraded kitchens , appliances or bathrooms. Never got my security deposit money back from Hamptons - I lived at Colony, then it became Hamptons for 11 years. It was quite good and economical in the beginning. They started jacking up the price every year moderately. Then in summer 2008, they basically offered an option to move to "re-modeled" apartment for $240/mo extra or move out. I preferred the second.
