Take it all with a grain of salt people.. this is the third apartment complex i've lived in and most of the complaints are not the fault of management. Paper-thin walls, floors that creak are part of living in apartments.... as for bugs....we've got spiders and crickets... but we live on the main floor...
the place is spacious, the grounds are nicely kept and we've had pretty decent luck with maintenance....if you have a broken dishwasher for 4 months... that's not maintenance's fault.. call them till they come and fix it, if it's not done right.. make them do it.. that's why we pay rent...
parking is a challenge for us, but we live far from the parking lot...
there is always someone in the office to take rent if you go during office hours.. and they are usually very friendly... we've lived there since January... and the lady who set us up remembers our names...

not a perfect place to live.. but the location is great & rent is reasonable (for what you get compared to other places)

if you have a beef.. .take it up with management....but take responsibility for your own actions too...

Ok so it's not managments fault that the walls are paper thin......so stop sending me threatening letters about the noise then
