i have been living at this place for a coupleof month and i am already thinking about moving...the office is a joke ...it seems like you have no rights as a tennant .
they never told me that i have to put 80 % carpet in every room up til last week because my neighbor underneath decided to complain about me and my 2 kids ( 11 and 2 years old ) that there was too much noise coming from my place ..i found that very funny cause they complained right after i stumped on the floor at 1 am on a wednesday night because they have there tv or music playing so loud that i felt like i have my tv on in my bedroom and this is an ongoing thing ..the next day i found a note on my dining table about the carpet and my 11 year old daughter who was home by herself at that time, told me that the maintance guy just came into the apart. even after she told him her mom wasnt home ...who wants to have a grown man who is a stranger around their 11 year old daughter by herself in the apartment ''''''i went to complain at the office and i didnt get any sympathy from them what so ever .actually she told me he had the right to do that and she trust the poeple who are working there ..well thats good for her but sexual assault happens in the best families....now when i go in to pay my rent she is very reserved and rude ..

Amen I currently have lived here for only 3 months and from what I am reading it sounds like the noise problem is because of the way the apartments were built. Come on people you live in an apartment there is going to be noise at some point. I have other people in my building with yapping little dogs that sit at the door for 5 hours non-stop. I can hear the people's kids downstairs when they are in the bathroom. Did I run and cry like a little b_itch to the rental office? No I live in an apartment.I have received 2 threatening letters from the "oh so sweet" rental staff and when I called to discuss it the manager was unavailable. I had to make an appointment to meet with her. Did I miss something? Is she that important? Maintenance has been in my home 3 times without prior notice once of which just so happened my son was home from school when they just decided to come in. My son said the guy pretended he was fixing a piece of wood by the door. Oh yeah and my son was in the laundry room one night getting his clothes and the maintenance man who closes the place up told my son that he had been in jail for shooting a guy, blew out both his knees. Hello.......is that not criminal? And I am supposed to feel comfortable letting this guy in my home? No less having keys to my home? THESE PEOPLE SUCK!!! And not to mention they act like they are doing you a favor by letting you live there. I was asked by 3 punks in the parking lot one night if I knew where they could get some weed? Bet they've never got a notice from the Rental Office. I will never ever reccomend this place to anyone I know as a matter of fact I will make it a point to make sure everyone avoids it. Oh and I even so much as see a little antenna of a roach in my apartment. GOD HELP THEM!!!!!!!
