I'm sorry to hear that previous writers think all of the positives are made up. I've lived here for 6 months and don't think it is that awful. Yes, there is occasionally some noise and a couple bugs, but welcome to apartment living. The property looks nice and the office staff is always there when I go to pay my rent. As for the maintenance,I've seen people cleaning the buildings but I haven't had to have anyone in my place yet. There are always a few bad seeds when you live in an apartment, but I find this place to be fine.

"occasionally a couple of bugs"?? LOL Ants, earwigs, even millipedes that's one thing. But cockroaches are acceptable? NO way! And even when they have the exterminator visit they don't even spray right. They zip through the apt. rushing. I wish I could say I am being dramatic about this but I'm not. We transfered from one apt with no roaches to one FILLED with them. I should have known something was "fishy" when we found out after we moved in that a huge group of people used to live in this tiny apt. And you say that they're are a "few bad seeds". Okay. But have you seen was these "few bad seeds" are doing?? They are usually selling drugs!!!! Or tagging the area (oh yeah..nice to have members of a gang here too). I can tell that you've somehow have lucked out with your apt. And that's great!! But, when we've had 2 years here (the second being by far the worst ever) and you're nice to the office staff and they still treat you like crap..well, that's wrong in my book. When we complained about the roaches or about how our TUB WOULD FILL UP WATER WHEN THE WASHERS WERE BEING USED..they would disrespect us. My husband and I are the type of people that like to stay quiet. But when we've payed as much rent as we have,consistently been on time or early with payment, treated our neighbors and even office staff with alot of respect, we have to be upset. This past year especially has been like a nightmare. There are SO MANY other things wrong with this apt. I could go on and on and on..and on. I have lived in many other apt. communities (and usually got treated like crap but always ignored it) but this place has been the worst. Looks are deceiving, they really are. I hope the rest of the lease time continues to be enjoyable, though. I just had to share (again) how I feel about this place. It has been so horrible.

Yes, the odd one or two have been lucky with their apartments, but honestly, open your eyes and ears. Complain at your peril
