We just moved to Americana the beginning of July but so far I LOVE it! Our building is quiet and seems safe. Even sitting on the balcony at night and everything it's always quiet and peaceful. So far we have had a great experience.

Just be sure that your car isn't set on fire like someone's recently.

Yes and beware where you walk with the dogs, and dont dare say something bad about the apartments or complain otherwise you will witness the rotweiller in the staff
