I have lived here since March 2007 and I must say it really sucks. Being on the third floor, you would think it would be quiet, but we can hear everything our neighbors underneath of us are doing and they are up until 3am every night. I have tried to complain to the leasing office but they are so rude, they could care less what type of problems you have, they only want your money. There are mexican gangs who throw their chicken bones all over the parking lot and then my dogs always eat them. The mexican gangs are out of control too. There are always beer bottles all over the grass and parking lot and they hang out in the parking lot all hours of the night blarring their music. The residents have no respect for anyone. I had to get the health department involved to get the dumpsters emptied because they were overflowing into the parking lot. And the crickets and mice are a hassle also. We have not seen many bugs, but there is enough other crap to turn me away. The windows are old and do not seal, the floors are uneven and have huge gaps in the tiles and the a/c and heat is extremely inefficient. In the summer our BGE bill is $275.00 a month, and that does not even really get the place cool, just livable. Oh yeah, lets not forget the homeless man who lives behind the building and picks through the dumpsters. And the voice message says your a " valued resident", what a crock.

I don't know where in the complex you live but I have NEVER experienced any of these things and I've been living here since July of 07. I have never seen what you call "Mexican gangs" hanging out and blaring music and I see the dumpsters emptied at least twice a week. Also my BGE bill is NOWHERE NEAR that high and every encounter that I've had to have with the leasing office has been extremely prompt, caring and professional. I guess everyone has different experiences but I don't see how they can be SO different in the same complex. Just an idea.

Written by the staff?? They are nasty, obnoxious and only want your money, nor your complaints. My BGE bill is almost $380 a month, the living room gets cools but that is about it, we have to put a fan in the bedroom but it just blows hot air around

My bill was around $500 a month for a one bedroom. We had rat issues and the management sent around an "exterminator" that literally used a baby nose suction to spread chemicals to turn them away. Needless to say, I had to pay for a real exterminator to get rid of our problems. The only nice apartments are right next to the leasing office so they can keep us appearances.. Make sure your doors are locked at night because you will get robbed in this place.

Lots of pest (roaches .. oh my god) problems. I was tired of telling the management as they will not do preventive extermination in the buildings but will do in your apartemt on request. That does not help as the pests from other apartments (large gags in floors - you can literally smell what other make in their house) enter your place. I am so tired that almost ebvery month i spend (4-5 cans of Raid) on my own to keep the pests under control. The carpets in the stariway has a weird smell and smells of mould. There are some people in the management who are rude and talk as if they are doing you a favour but I will not say everyone is bad.
