I was in this place 1 year. There was some good and bad.
BAD: I had some trouble with the maintainance people and management here. For example, the lease says you're allowed patio furniture. So I had a hammock out on my porch. One day I came home to find it dismantled and laying on my apartment floor with a note saying it was "taken down per managment". No warning was given that anyone was coming. I complained about it. A month or 2 later I get a note saying that I need to take it down or I'm in breach of my rent agreement. I was moving out anyway for a new job elsewhere so I didn't argue. But I don't see how a hammock fails to qualify as yard furniture.
I also had a guy come in to fix the bathroom, leave and didn't complete the job. He also didn't tell anyone else to come in, or mention to me that he wasn't done. I had to complain about him too.
Also the place leaked heat/air conditioning. Mainly because the doors are hung wonky.
GOOD: Otherwise, the neighbors were nice. It's a safe area. There's a pool. The building is in fairly good condition, as are the rooms (considering they are moderately priced apartments for the area). There are trees in the back yard and you can walk to a shopping mall. So it was ok. I wouldn't want to live there long term. I think I'd have gotten into a raging fight with the maintainance or management at some point.

this is a safe area? there are more drugs being sold here than baltimore city and my home and car were broken into. I do not think of that as safe.. not to mention the homeless people that live in the dumpsters.. The buildings are in such disrepair that my BGE bill was through the roof..
