My lease is up at the end of January and I have no intention of renewing it. My roommate and I have had enough of the inconsiderate tenants, the garbage outside just laying around. I ask you, is that the way you want to live because I don't. I had some chick get her butt kicked by some guy right outside of my building. My roommate had their car keyed. This has all happened in the past year. Also, my appliances look as if they've been in my apartment since the seventies and I can hear my neighbors going to the bathroom. Don't even get me started on the parking. I'm sorry, this is not the place I choose to live in anymore. Especially for what they charge us every month for rent. These apartments are not all that. I also forgot to add that one morning as I was walking out to go to work, there were flames shooting out of my AC unit. So, instead of replacing it with a new one, they simply replaced a part in it.
