if you don't mind maintenance coming in your apt anytime they please with out notice then this is the place for you. they never tell you they are coming. just a little respect would be nice, i just talked with the office about respecting my space and today i find that they came into my apt again with out notice, this is the 3rd time this month, the first time was to change the filter and that's fine i know they have to do it but why cant you let everyone know. the 2nd time someone came in with out anyone knowing and didn't leave a note saying they were there, but i know someone was in my apartment because my TV was turned off and i never turn it off and my bedroom door was opened and i keep the door shut all the time to keep my cat out, both locks were locked on my door and i always only lock one, my balcony door was shut and i had left it open with the screen shut. when i told them someone was in my apt they only said no one was in it . obviously they have no control over maintenance and maintence is able to do as they please, like use someone's apt for the afternoon. all i'm saying is absolutely no respect is given here and when u talk to them, they just don't care , because nothing is ever done and they dont even try to help resolve anything. i would appreciate if no one from the office responds to this complaint trying to be a tenant that lives here, anyone that's reads these can tell it's you. if you don't like bad reviews then get off you ass and do something

cpviolet, can you read? i guess not, because i stated that i walk my dog on a regular basis and take him to work with me just about everyday, my dog also belongs to a dog park. as far as my dog barking he dosent because i've trained him not to bark because i've had him since he was a puppy not to. when i would let my dog on the balcony i would put down a puppy training pad for him to pee on(which i then throw away), i use puppy training pad inside also, so he is used to using them. sometimes he need to go and it's raining or i'm unable to take him to work and have to let him at home. i am a responsible pet owner. i also never let my dog unattended when i let him out on the balcony, i leave patio door open and can keep an eye on him from inside.

A dog? On the balcony? So it can bark at neighbors and other animals going by? What a nuisance! I (used to be) a dog owner here (he died last year) and the rules were simple. Bend the rules for one person? I don't think so. Then someone would ask..."oh I didnt know dogs were okay to leave on the balcony unattended...I'll do that too"
There are rules for a reason. The others places I've rented at before had the same policy. Dogs also piss. You ever seen a dog pee on a balcony at go into the balcony beneath me? I have. Man up. Take your dog outside.

We are a pet friendly property with rules. This resident was advised by 2 agents and the manager that she could not put up fencing of any kind on the balcony. The company policy is that the pet can not be out on the balcony unattended. This would apply at any apartment community.
