I have lived here a year and moved here without knowing the area or anyone, so I suppose I'm posting a fair review for those who are in the same predicament.

These apts are ok, I wouldn't say the greatest but definately not the worst I've seen. Noise is definately a problem, especially with people above. I think it's just a general problem with the building construction because I find myself tiptoeing over the floor so it won't creak (I weigh 105 lbs). Also I have encountered some bad neighbors (very very large families who like to throw parties, families with kids who wake up and go CRAZY every Sunday at 5am, apparent methheads) however most of the residents are pretty nice.

The units themselves are fairly old but if you can get one with newer carpeting and appliances they are fine. Utility bills seem high but then again I think everyone is experiencing the same problem right now. They could probably put in more washers and dryers since I have a hard time doing laundry even on weekdays.

I was not a huge fan of the management until we had a fire in my bldg., and they actually relocated all 11 families who were displaced to new apts. They did not have to do this according to the lease, but luckily they had the units available and were willing to do so. They seem willing to listen and help solve any problems you have if you are courteous to them. However they seem unwilling to do anything about the local tow companies prowling the neighborhood daily, and they speed through the lot with their noisy trucks setting off car alarms. There have been a whole lot of complaints about it from residents but the management company has an open contract...so..w/e.
If I had to grade this place I'd give them a B-.

I would give D- to be nice.. If you overlook the trash and drugs and cops oh and the RATS
