I moved in September 2007 and anyone can rent an apartment anywhere-you get up, go to work, come home and pay your rent. However, when there is an emergency, that is when you want you apartment complex and management company to come thru. There was an emergency in our building and I had to move out within 3 1/2 days so that some plumbing could be fixed. This was no fault of the managment company, these things happen. The management company made available to me other apartments in the complex in which to move, i looked at them, made a decision and the movers (which they paid for with no problem) moved me from a terrace level apartment without carpet to a top floor apartment with a balcony and carpeting with no change in my rent. This is the true measure of a manangement company. They worked with me, always asking if there was anything I needed, and tried to make this move as accomoodating as possible to me. It is truly a pleausre to live here. Try it you will love it here. Nice neighborhood, clean grounds, respectful neighbors, I truly call this home and am thankful to be here. They actually care for their tenants.

Wow you got lucky... LOL I am smelling the apartment manager. We had RATS and we were offered another apartment but we had to sign a new lease for another twelve months. They refused to pay any moving fees and in fact, wanted me to pay a 2 month buy out on the apartment I already had. The new apartment was even more expensive too... go figure
