Okay, I have been living here for the past 8 months and have not had the horror experience mentioned in previous posts. Since moving in I haven't had many major problems. Whenever I've had to call for maintenance to come fix something in my apartment they have almost always shown up the same day and if not then the very next. I left the previous place I was renting because of problems with maintenance never showing up. In fact it felt like the landlord was just there to take my money but I have NEVER once had that feeling at the main office here. My building hasn't had problems with insects of any kind. The only thing I'd want to change would be to put a washer/dryer inside my apartment but I haven't really had issues using the one downstairs. I really feel like I'm giving someone a fair review of this place. I plan on renewing my lease when the time comes in a few months.

THIS IS ABSOLUTE BULL...... I was 9 months pregnant and my toilet broke and they told me I waould have to wait up to a WEEK to get it fixed... I had to threaten to press charges to get it repaired enough to flush
