The Management is awesome and willing to work with you. The landscaping is kept neat and clean, any problems reported have been fixed the same or next day. Low Deposit. I got a studio, at first I thought it was small, but when you finally settle in, there's plenty of space. At least for 1 person. Parking at night suck's though, it's tough to get a spot. The day is wonderful.
