I HAVE ENJOYED MY STAY AT AQUAHART MANOR WITH THE EXCEPTIONS OF THE ANT AND ROACH INFESTATIONS.
ALSO THE LACK OF PRIVACY FROM NEIGHBORS. I KNOW I CAN HEAR MY NEIGHBORS CONVERSATIONS, KIDS RUNNING(KIND OF UNDERSTANDABLE) AND OF COURSE ANYTHING INTIMATE. BEING WOKEN UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, EVERY NIGHT BY MY NEIGHBORS SOUNDING LIKE THEY'RE GOING TO FALL THROUGH MY CEILING IS UNCALLED FOR. MY OTHER NEIGHBOR HAVING NIGHTLY PARTIES AND HAVING THE RADIO BLASTING. ALL OF WHICH IS INTERFERING WITH MY JOB PERFORMANCE.

MY BED HAVING ANTS IN IT IS UNCALLED FOR. FINDING ROACHES IN MY KITCHEN. THE EXTERMINATOR COMES BUT IT DOESN'T CURE THE PROBLEM. ALL OF THESE THINGS ARE IN THE WALLS AND FLOORS.
GOING TO MY STORAGE UNIT TO FIND EVERYTHING STORED IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS IS RUINED DUE TO WATER IS UNCALLED FOR.

I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE AND I WILL BE LETTING OTHERS KNOW OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH AQUAHART MANOR.

Never take anything seriously written by someone who types in all capital letters. Many people live here in Aquahart Manor for years on end, and its just not that bad here. In the years I have lived here, I have seen two roaches, both near death. Ants, on the other hand, are a real problem. I had an entire colony of them (queen, eggs, larva, the works!) move into my bathroom window pane. Was like a science fair project. Now I do my own exterminating, spraying outside around my apartment every year, and that has worked reasonably well, though not perfect. Noise can be an issue - depends entirely on your neighbors.
