Here are a few reasons why I would recommend that prospective tenants stay away:

The laundry facilities are old you constantly have to call the laundry mgmt company to come out and fix them. Glen Burnie is a crime infested city. Robberies, assaults, and burglaries happened frequently and very near the complex (many on Ritchie HWY) which is why I don't even go out for walks like I want to.
First let me say, I like dogs, I owned many when I was younger. However, the dog owners in this apartment complex cannot control their dogs!! You are guaranteed to be annoyed and irritated by dogs howling and barking at all hours; there are so many dogs here who aren't being controlled by their owners; and it is my opinion that the problem is with the owners because I have lived across from dog owners in previous apartments and I never heard the dogs howling or barking uncontrollably. Finally pest control; Even though pest control is supposed to regularly spray apartment every few weeks; weird looking insects still pop up out of no where. And honestly I don't even want whoever is supposedly spraying my apartment to come into my apartment because the so call pest control isn't controlling anything!
Oh yeah and note that you have to pay for gas and electric so if you are not careful that bill can go pretty close to $200!
For the reasons mentioned above as well as many others I will not mention here I will be moving out at the end of my lease and buying a house. My days of renting have come to an end and it was this complex that finalized that decision for me.
