I lived here for about 3 years due to the apartment being cheap. But as the old saying goes cheap is not always the best way to go. My apartment is on the ground floor and we have constance mice problems in the winter and silver fish along with other large bugs in the summer. Management is very poor at responding to problems. The buildings are usually full of flyers and sales papers below the mail boxes and on the floor of the apartment building. The walls are constanly cracking due to the shifting of the ground. The stove we have in our apartment has been spray painted black and a beige color, and when you question management about it they act as though they were unaware of it. I would not recommend any to move here unless you are very pressed for a cheap place to live.
