Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
I have lived here for 4 years, and although the apartments are 35 yrs old and need renovating (just had new tilt windows installed)the only complaint I have is with the infestation of crickets, not the normal black crickets either, those horrible disgusting camelback type, thank God for the cat. Fantastic neighbors, quiet, clean, safe building, and the grounds are quite nice and well groomed.
