This used to be a decent place to live. It was quiet, there was no trouble, management used to care about its residents, etc. Not anymore. There's a guy that insists on opening his third floor patio window so the whole neighborhood can hear him scream at the football games and listen to his music, the floors and walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor drop a paper towel, if your unlucky enough to live on the first or second floor be prepared to be awakened by your celing squeaking every time your neighbor upstairs takes a step, people insist on speeding through the neighborhood, there is graffiti on the sidewalk by the playground (thats been there for a month now), police helicopters are frequently flying overhead and oh yeah... a few years ago a decapitated body was found behind the maintenance shed.
Speaking of maintenance, they are very friendly and quick to respond. Can't complain about them one bit. However, I can complain about how often we seem to need them. At the very least once a year for heat/air conditioner repairs. Our unit actually caught fire and it has yet to be replaced. Just another patch job to hold it until next time it breaks. Thank god we were home at the time.
There was a change in property managers a few years back this neighborhood has been going down hill ever since. The management has been very slow to respond to problems (i.e. the graffiti and the washer we reported broken last week which as of this morning still has not been fixed.) Another thing of note is upon lease renewals this year people are going to be charged for water usage. These apartments are already too expensive for thier size and limited ammenities (very little counter space, no dishwashers, an alarm system which is free but will go off if you sneeze too loudly) and now they're going to charge for water'
Move along... these are'nt the apartments you're looking for.
There has to be a better place to live than this folks.

Me and my boyfriend are moving into the community in Feburary. The management is very nice us, this is our very first apartment. As the looks of it its roomy with lots of closet space. The price is good for what you are getting compared to the other we have checked out. Cheap application fee, no security deposit, they don't ask you for your life history like others. I think we are going to like this community alot.

Give it a year... Give it 8, and tell me if you're still happy. I'm not.
