We've lived here not quite a year and since the new manager has taken over, this place has gone to hell! Trash all over the place, drug deals happening in the parking lot, never a place to park, outside lighting never works, maintenance workers ALWAYS coming in and out of our homes, the washer & dryer do not work properly, I have to dry all my clothes twice, thin walls, the people above us are loud and we hear them walking around loudly everywhere they go. This place seemed so nice when we decided to live here, but has rapidly gone down hill in the past few months! The management office is full of rude women who could'nt care less about the needs or requests of the residents. I am totally disappointed that we will be stuck here for 6 more months! I fear for the safety of my small children, as shady people are always hanging around outside and in the halls, yelling profanity and blasting music. None of this took place the first two months we were here, but now it's every evening since a new wave of residents have moved in and the kind friendly folks moved away. There are always lots of unattended children riding bikes and scooters all around the parking lot, and I fear one will be hit by the people who speed through the lot. This place is nasty! We will be moving as soon as our lease is up!
