Do not move here

My fiance and I recently moved here in November and the first couple of days were ok. We had no problems to complain about and we actually liked it, but after about a week of living here I could write a novel about all of the problems to complain about. First was the NOISE from the neighbors upstairs! management obviously doesn't keep up on the maintenance of the units because you can hear every creek and every step that the people upstairs make and they seemed to be up at all hours of the night river dancing and doing step team practice up there seriously. Ok the next problem was the poorly insulated windows. Every room was always cold due to cold air seeping through the windows, we ended up having to put plastic in our own windows to insulate them. Next was the bugs... now we live on the bottom floor and in some apartments the ground level tends to have bugs but still man its rediculous. In my daughters room there was an infestation of red ants with wings yes red ants with wings you read right, which were so annoying because we called maintenance and they put some B.S pesticide on the baseboards that did absolutely nothing. We ended up buying our own insect spray to do the job it worked for a couple weeks then they migrated to the kitchen... Oh and Im not done the next issue was our ceiling in the kitchen started leaking. Maintenace came out and did a horrible patch job using drywall and never came back to sand it down and it looks crazy. I told them while they were here about the soft spots in the bathroom ceiling that could be a potential future same problem but they tried to say that it wouldnt leak. Other downfalls are the dryers dont work properly you have to dry you clothes twice so bring alot of quarters. What else, my car got hit while it was parked and noone left any of thier information. I found out who it was and handled it my self though. But Im just ready to roll out as soon as my lease is up. The only thing that I can say positive about Colonial square is.... that its cheap if you want to deal with these problems be my guest and move here.
