I wrote a review a year ago about the apartment I lived in 7491 above the rental office. The place was infested with mice. I had to move within 30 days - but to this day a year later, my daughter and I still have nightmares about the RODENT INFESTED apartment we lived in. I had more mouse traps than furniture. And yes I agree with the other review about the gang shootings. The first week I was there, around 10:00 at night on a Monday night I was sitting on my balcony and there was GANG SHOOTINGS/ACTIVITY RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY EYES, MULTIPLE SHOOTINGS. THAT PLACE IS YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER CHOICE IN APARTMENTS.

This is correct, your building would have witnessed the two shootings which have taken place on Country Club's property, not counting the now body found in freezer which was found in a country club apartment this past weekend. Due to management filling the place with section 8 and not enforcing the no selling drugs out of apartments policy enough, this is what happens. For months prioer to the shootings we had complained about the problem building and how there were parties outside nightly, multiple cars with stereos cranked owned by people who did not live there openly drinking liquor, sometimes holding guns etc. Management did nothing even after the shooting happened. They still do nothing, our car is scratcehd up because the section 8 kids run around destroying others property and there are no parents present or around since they are busy in their apartments doing god knows what. This place is a section 8 pit.
