My boyfriend and I moved into Country Club almost 2 months ago and we haven't had any major issues. No rodent problem, as everyone is claiming. We do see bugs on our patio, but none are in the apartment. The staff is VERY nice and is willing to help in any way they can. We put in a complaint a week or so ago about someone throwing a rolled up diaper and an empty carton of eggs onto the grass area right outside of our patio. We put in a written complaint and also called twice about it and it was eventually picked up by maintenance. We can hear the people above us walking around (floors creak), and if they are yelling we can hear them. Other than that we have peace and quiet. Our neighbors are very nice and I have not seen any gangs/drug dealing/fights/shootings as people claim on here as well. Parking is a little tight, but only time I had a problem finding a spot was Friday night around 11pm. The front doors of all buildings have a secure entrance (locked, need key to get in), and the door to our apartment has 3 locks, two of them being dead bolts. I love our apartment. It is small, but cozy. Nice size bedroom and our living room fits a large L-shaped couch with two recliners and a pull out bed. The kitchen is my FAVORITE - It is open, with no walls to make you feel boxed in. The bathroom is a decent size, actually bigger than the one I had at my old townhouse. LOTS of closet space. One big double door closet in the bedroom, same size one in the living room, a small one in the hallway, and also a linen closet next to the bathroom. Our patio opens out to a HUGE field out back, it's like we have our own yard. We got a special for a one bedroom - We pay $775/mo which is a great price. I would recommend these apartments to my friends. I honestly have nothing horrible to say about Country Club, so far no big issues.
