I moved into country club apartments back in 2003 I lived there for 5 years needless to say that it was nice and quiret for the first few years and then I started seeing mices then roaches I cleaned and cleaned and they still were mices and roaches. I called the rental office and all they do was send out pest control who would spray toxins all around the house and they got worse. I would not advise any one to move here every building is infested with mice you may not see them now but trust me they are there just look behind your stove and under the kitchen cabnet theres a big hole were the mices chew through. management sucks and so does maintenece you call in with a problem and it takes them two weeks to respond they move people that's on welfare in there, and those on section 8. It's a mess, it's dirty, infested Im a single mom so once I got on I feet and finished school I got out and I think god that I did. I wouldn't advise anyone to move in. If your there donot renew your lease you will see what I'm talking about. Please move out. the kids are dirty all there parents do is lay around all day long they don't work. Warning this is a hood for real and its real ghetto. I hated it. Im glad to be in nice quiet area with no problems. I like to be in a community were you look outside at 6a and you see everyong getting in there cars going to work. then you got country club were they accept low income housing which is a disgrace. They change leasing consultant every other month and things get screwed up they don't know who owes what. trust me MOVE OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 ITS TERRIBLE HURRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if this was the last community on earth I would live in a shelter first before I move back here

You are 100% right, there should be a support group for people who survived this place and fulfilled their lease. Us normal hardworking people.
Our unit when we moved out had black mold stains on the walls around our furniture in outlines because of how moldy the ventilation system was. Management did nothing and refused to acknowledge the issue.
Maintenance is powerless to do anything under the current manager Sekou Ahmed.
Sekou Ahmed is running a slum operation knowingly. We just moved out last month finally after finding a nice local house for rent with landlords who fix things and ask us how we like the place and if anything needs work.
100% night and day difference from Slum Club apartments.
