I have lived here for just under seven years now and I can honestly recommend the property to prospective renters. Safety has never been an issue, and there was only one incident of automotive vandalism against residents in early 2002 (convicted in court, he was not a resident). Parking is ample, I have had anywhere from 1 to 3 vehicles and have never had an issue with finding a space. Maintenance has never been a problem either as in seven years I've only had to ever make one call for a malfunctioning electrical socket which was repaired within 24 hrs. As for noise, I've had the luxury of having a below ground level unit (lots of padding means less noise), and issues with the neighbors have never bothered me (I just don't speak to them). I would recommend to anyone.
