I have lived here since May of 2008. I am a single mom and moved here from Montgomery County, Maryland wanting to be much closer to my daughters school in Howard County. I am big on quiet and safety with my daughter. It is very quiet here, minimal if any noise, I have had no maintenance issues, I had new carpet, fresh paint and a new kitchen and bathroom when I moved in. I also was able to see the exact unit I was moving into before I leased here which was very nice, not just a model. There is no pool but a very nice, large, new and affordable indoor Aquatic Center just up the street. Very friendly staff with low turnover, and it is close to everything which is great on gas for me. I would highly recommend this place. It is priced very affordably and it is a very nice atmosphere.
