A place only a dog could love

There's a reason why most complexes in Anne Arundel county don't allow dogs--those owners who are too lazy to clean up their dog's poop. If you wouldn't let your dog poop in your living room, why is it okay for it to poop where people walk, where children *should* be able to play' I've lived here two years and won't let my daughter walk on the grass, much less play on it. It's disgusting. It IS against the law in this county to not clean up after your dog. Hopefully if enough of us complain, the complex will re-write the rules disallowing dogs.
As for the maintenance complaints everyone has, I'm in full agreement. I guess United Dominion is too cheap to hire more than one or two maintenance people' The one guy who has been here for years is run ragged. I feel sorry for him. Surely he could find better work, and better pay, elsewhere.
There also aren't enough trash bins for each building. Trash is overflowing by pick-up day and the trash collectors will ONLY take the trash actually in the bin. So the entire complex basically looks like a ghetto most of the time. And smells like it too.
I'm not renewing my lease next winter, and I know several other people who aren't either. Besides, with mortgage rates at an all-time low, why pay the high rent this dump charges when you can buy something instead'
