It's not that bad

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I lived at Gatewater Landing, and I never smelled dog poop or seen overbaring trash. However, it is true that the leasing office does not return calls, or send anyone to fix things. The leasing office staff was always very nice to me although i did find out that they were buying drugs (cocaine)from my neighbors. They never gave me a hard time about my dog either (pitbull) which were not allowed. So if you like a relaxing laid back atmosphere than move there.
