I have lived at this community for the past 3yrs, and never have I seen such a friendly office staff that actually takes care of resident matters. The new manager (who actually calls back)Allison is quick to take care of all resident concerns. The maintenance staff was quick to take care of my stopped up toilet, I spoke with Lisa and that same day Paul was out to take care of it. I have not had a problem since. If you are considering moving to Glen Burnie give it a chance. There definately has been a vast improvement!
