Management improved, but still a place for the dogs

The current management team have been a vast improvement over all the teams who've gone through that office in nearly 4yrs. They do seem to care, and are responsive if you're persistent. To be fair, the place was run so far into the ground by previous management, that they've got a very large task trying to get things back in order.
Not sure what's up with requiring photo ids for the pool. That's stupid. They should be more concerned with checking out the kind of people they rent to, and patrolling the trash dumpsters which overflow because of people coming from all over Glen Burnie to dump their garbage, construction debris, old furniture, etc.
Definitely not a place to live if you don't like dogs. It seems to be a new requirement that new residents must have dogs, the larger the better! YOu have to constantly watch where you're stepping, particularly when crossing the grassy medians. You never know what you're step in. Also, parking has gotten very tight especially late at night and on weekends because of too many people with more cars than they actually drive, so they leave old clunkers sitting for weeks on end, half the time up on jacks. Listen carefully, you'll hear the theme from Deliverance!
Not to mention the thin walls and people who like to wander around in the middle of the night shouting on their cell phones or blasting their car stereos. Safety isn't an issue since the police and fire department visit regularly. It's never dull!
There's probably worse places to live. Gatewater, under the current management, is probably ok for a short stay if you aren't to fussy, but don't believe all the hype about it being luxurious. It's ok.
