My place is quiet & no problems with neighbors. This was the cheapest place I could find close to the water. There is a sand volleyball court, new sand last year, no net all year (and that speaks clearly about what I've experienced around maintenance issues). No problems with bugs etc. Relatively convienient to highways, and traffic is minimal. Speed bumps were put in last fall after several high speed drive throughs. Office isn't always open as advertised, but "emergency" response to lock outs has been good. Minimal trash dumpsters results in overflows if there is a lot of moving in and out or over holiday weekends.
